- Find 15 minutes any time during the day to listen. (preferably in the morning)
- Find a quiet place and sit in a comfortable chair.
- Unless you are using your computer or cell phone to experience meditations, turn off your phone and computer. Use headphones or NOT.
- Close your eyes to focus attention inward.
- Relax and allow the meditation to guide you.
- Your mind will drift but just witness it and return back to the meditation.
- It will be perfect no matter what. Every meditation is unique.
- Journal your feelings, if possible, right after each meditation.
You can ask yourself these questions.
- Am I feeling more relaxed?
- Is my body feeling less tight?
- Am I breathing easier?
- Is my mood lighter?
- Did I enjoy the experience?
Witness how you are feeling right after meditation and see how long you can maintain its positive affects in your mind and body. As you continue, you will find meditation to be easier and a valuable tool for your daily well being.

We start by taking a snapshot of where you are today with your own personal self valuation so that we can help you discover things along your 21 Day journey that will become markers, little insights that belong to you with a sort of time stamp when an insight makes itself known. These are tools for you to get a sense of triggers, motivations, energy and patterns to either be eliminated or encouraged. There is no grading, no right or no wrong answers, but simply enlightenment engaged by your efforts and depth of involvement in your journey.
